We regret to inform you that the WFO 2024 Annual Meeting Gala Dinner on Tuesday, June 18, has reached maximum capacity, and we will not be able to accommodate all the participants. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding that this decision was made to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
Registration for the WFO 2024 Annual Meeting will be possible until June 13, 2024. Registration will be closed after this date.
Please be aware that the online form is designed to be completed within a 20-minute time frame. To ensure a smooth registration, please have your identification document and a recent photo (Supported formats: JPG, PNG. Maximum file size: 20 MB) ready before beginning.
Each participant is allowed to register one accompanying person; please be prepared to provide all required information for your accompanying person as well.

Payment Information
Contribution fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, please send a copy of the transfer slip to info.wfo2024@ega.it within 10 working days; otherwise, your registration will not be effective.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, notify the Organizational Secretariat at info.wfo2024@ega.it by June 14, 2024. A refund will be issued, deducting 20% for administrative costs. Please note that cancellations after June 14, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 60 days following the conclusion of the event.
